All QSOs are good. This year's QSOs are appreciated as much as last year's.
When I compared the two maps, the difference becomes clear. Both are of the same period, last year at the top, this year at the bottom...

Yes, 6m is magic or not. Did miss a couple of very good openings this year. Well if things go to easy what's the fun of it. 6m is a big challenge. 73, Bas
ReplyDeleteYou are correct Bas. I would not want to be easy anyway. I am just surprised that this year is back to normal after the Solar Activity Maximum. I thought the decline would be more gradual. I seem to have hit a period when long distance Es has gone down on both 4m and 6m, and also there are little tropo on the higher bands. No doubt this will pass as we go into the Winter Es season. I hope so anyway. 73 Jim
