He had a huge breadth of knowledge.
If I can help with anything on the IC-7100 please let me know. I just worked GM3XJE on 10m on the IC-7100 just a few minutes ago.
73 Jim GM4FVMGM4FVMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10794029618635259984noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6891312687175550342.post-77255654215336340042021-02-21T01:37:24.816-08:002021-02-21T01:37:24.816-08:00Thanks for sharing your thoughts on David GM4JJJ, ...Thanks for sharing your thoughts on David GM4JJJ, Jim. He was an exceptional talent/asset for our hobby and a real good guy as well. I was fortunate to visit his QTH a couple of times and always got a warm welcome when working him on 6/4/2. His EME presentation went down well at the local club (Cockenzie and Port Seton ARC) and he helped my first (and only) EME contact wth W5UN. I'd already heard via a friend how David had arranged for much of his station to be passed on to other ops he knew well. What a gesture.

I chanced upon your blog after months of trawling sites for info on my IC-7100 so you'll likely see another comment from me on your thread(s) on the subject.

73
John MM0CCCMM0CCChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04298806843396128464noreply@blogger.com
